My sense of American Nationalism vs Globalism

American Nationalism vs Globalism

The 2016, election of a Republican President, Senate and Congress has reignited my sense of American Nationalism, which globalist Barack Obama described as "racism."

After 8 years of Obama -- America reacted against Globalism

I remember 2009, when Obama's Homeland Security team said veterans who want to protect the second amendment, and are against illegal immigration should be carefully watched because they might be terrorists?  Obama boiled it down to suggesting we are racists who cling to our guns and bibles.

On November 8th America's voice was heard...  And over 60 million Americans of all races, religions, and creeds chose American Nationalism over Globalism.

We Support The American's Creed...

"I believe in the United States of America, as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon these principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes. I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws, to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies."

— William Tyler Page, The American's Creed (1917)

My sense of patriotism hasn't changed much,
since I was 20 years old.

Why I wrote this post…

I admit I seriously wrestled with my faith and my conscience before deciding to vote for Donald Trump, and it was not an easy decision.

In the end, I voted for him because I agree with the majority of his platform, and I had great fear of what Hillary Clinton's globalist ideas might do to our constitution, second amendment and supreme court.

More important, I could not vote for a corrupt liar who supports partial-birth abortion, while opposing the second amendment and my right to defend myself and my nation.

I oppose all Globalists, especially the Hollywood elite, establishment politicians, mainstream media, wall street bankers and liberal academia calling for a "New World Order" with its mono-race and mono-culture.

And, I penned this piece because I am even more disappointed in America's reaction to Trump's win.  I fear too many young people are being guided in the wrong direction by hateful mainstream media and academic elitists.

For me the primary issues in the 2016, presidential election were:

Immigration: To be a nation we must have clearly delineated and protected borders, otherwise it isn’t really a nation.  Illegal aliens cost America $113 billion annually.

Cultural Heritage: Our nation’s cultural heritage is sacred and needs to be protected.  Mass immigration from far-flung lands will undermine the national commitment to that heritage.

Judeo-Christian Values: Are ethical (rather than theological), and have become part of "American civil religion."  These values are what distinguish America from all other countries.

Foreign Policy: American Nationalists don’t care about dominating world events, but we want our country to be powerful, with plenty of military reach to protect American national interests.

Trade: Our focus should be on the American citizens whose lives and livelihoods have been hollowed out in many instances by Globalism and bad trade agreements.

Political Correctness: We send our American youth to college in pursuit of betterment, and discover that political correctness is hammering away at the views and values we tried to teach our children as they were growing up.  Now their views and values aren’t allowed to compete in any free marketplace of ideas on campus, but instead are declared inappropriate (racist, homophobe and xenophobe) and intolerable before they are even uttered.

I worry about: national security and terrorism, the Supreme Court and how the Constitution is being interpreted, protecting the second amendment, replacing Obamacare while protecting Medicare, and improving our domestic growth and the economy.

In short, I support American Nationalist ideas over Globalist ideas.

I am an originalist:  In the context of United States constitutional interpretation, originalism is a way to interpret the Constitution's meaning as stable from the time of enactment (as the Founding Fathers wrote it with its original intended meaning), and which can only be changed by the steps set out in Article Five of the Constitution.

What Is a Globalist?
The following is a reasonable definition from a Canadian conservative organization...

Generation Zero
The following is a description of the mess America is in today and how we got there...

American nationalism defined (NOT the American Nationalist party)
As defined by wikipedia...

That's this old cowboy's 2¢ worth.

Finally, a must see video about the Clintons...

God Bless America!!!

Update: January 2017:

United States national debt is rapidly approaching $20 trillion.  Total U.S. debt grew by $7.917 trillion, a 68 percent increase, in seven years under Barack Obama.

Obama's Antisemitism was finally revealed on Jan 20, 2017, when he stabbed American Jews in the back by giving $221 million to the Palestinians in the final hours of his term in office.

Update: July 2017:

President Trump has been in office for more than six months.  Yes his tweets do disturb me, and yes I think he has made lots of mistakes.  I also believe he used poor judgement in many cases.

BUT... I am more disappointed with:

• The Mainstream Media with its lies and fake news.
Hollywood's liberal elites and their socialist values.
• Liberal bias academia and the harm they are doing to our American youth.
Progressives who are doing everything to harm our nation while resisting our president.
Globalists who continue to seek a new world order at the expense of American Nationalism.

As an American Nationalist... I would have no choice, and would vote for Trump again.
